Contamination Control Trolley
The Contamination Control Trolley is made of anodised aluminium, with a stainless steel chassis, offering high-impact strength, durability and hygiene. The trolley is UN3291 compliant and has a capacity of 750 litres. The doors are lockable and sealed when closed. It has a recessed drip-tray to maximise retention of waste.
Height-Adjustable Trolley
The Height-Adjustable Trolley is for use in hygiene critical areas such as biomedical research laboratories. The top of the trolley can be configured for specific equipment restraint or purpose. Mountings for Fan/filter modules, power points, equipment or storage racks may be fitted to the worktop as required.
Due to its light weight compared to similar equipment, this unit is very mobile thus reducing any manual handling issues. The adjustable height incorporates ‘True Parallel Drive’ which ensures that even if the table is obliquely loaded, the top will always remain level during use.

Animal Care Systems’ transport/storage cart is designed for moving large numbers of our cages at once, but can easily transport other bulk loads. With an all-stainless steel, welded construction and high-temperature, 5-inch casters, it is autoclavable and sturdy enough for long-term, severe service. At 72” long and 31” deep, the completely open side allows for easy loading of up to 400 OptiMICE cages or 128 OptiRAT cages. The cart floor is slightly inclined inwards to further stabilize tall cage stacks. Weight is 175 pounds.
Electrically adjusted Scissor Trolley
The Electrically adjsuted Scissor Trolley is ideally suited for use in hygiene critical areas such as biomedical research laboratories. The top of the trolley can be configured to accept any type of loading rails to make them compatible with all types of washing or sterilizing equipment or for other purposes.
Due to its light weight (compared to most lifting trolleys), the unit is very mobile therefore reducing any potential manual handling issues. The trolley is fitted with 4 x 80mm castors with braking on the rear pair.
The trolley is ideally suited to hygiene critical areas, as it does not use hydraulics, thus preventing any unwanted oil leakages. The electric actuator has been tested to EMC standards. The trolley and dimensions shown are for illustration purposes only, the top and overall dimensions can be configured to individual requirements.
In normal use the trolley can complete more than 50 height adjustment movements before re-charging becomes necessary, this will obviously depend on the weight of the loads being lifted. The unit can be charged overnight, although it can be left on charge without any significant ageing of the batteries. The battery pack can be removed and recharged via a wall-mounted charger plugged into a standard mains outlet.
