Allergen Control cabinet
PrimaTec are pleased to offer as part of a range of equipment for health, safety and welfare, a bench mounted allergen control cabinet in fire retardant white polypropylene with integral carbon filter and extraction fan mounted above to safely extract air / fumes from the working area.
A clear PVC folding visor is fitted and should be left in the down position to maintain extraction to BS7258. The panel in the top left corner is removable for access to the circuit breakers, electrical circuits, fan and fan speed controller. The controller has been factory set to give approx. 0.6m/s flow at the front with the visor down.
A stainless steel work surface is provided inside the cabinet. A single 3ft fluorescent light tube is fitted to illuminate the working area. Lights and fan require a single phase 230Vac supply.

The Bench-mounted allergen control cabinet provides the following;
Cabinet body in fire retardant white polypropylene 762mm wide x 605mm deep
Stainless steel work surface is provided inside the cabinet
Fitted with pre-filters and carbon filters with integral safety ‘indicator cells’
Single fluorescent light tube for good illumination of the working area.
Lights and fan require single 230V supply

Fume extractor and air filtration systems
PrimaTec are pleased to offer as part of a range of equipment for health, safety and welfare, a new style of fume extractor and air filtration systems.
A range of carbon-filter with or without HEPA filtration extractors incorporating variable speed controls and either manual or automatic operation, are now available having being developed for use with gas and vapour sterilisation systems.
These units are equally of use in many situations where clean air, fume/gas removal or scavenging are required.
