Downflow Booths
PrimaTec are pleased to offer as part of a range of equipment for health, safety and welfare, a variety of down-flow booths for air filtration in order to prevent contamination.
The air enters the booth through the ceiling providing a gentle downflow of filtered air, forcing potentially hazardous or undesirable organisms, particles or vapours etc away from the operators breathing zone.
Air is then drawn at higher velocity through low level extraction grills and through the filter arrangement. In the case of recirculatory air flow, air is directed back to the ceiling through a combination of dust and HEPA filters.
In the case of 'once through' air flow, air is either directed straight to exhaust or through a combination of dust and HEPA filters with 'safe change' facility for special hazardous applications if required.

Laminar Air-Flow Garment Storage Module
PrimaTec are pleased to offer as part of a range of equipment for health, safety and welfare, a Laminar Air-Flow Garment Storage Module.
The Laminar air flow (LAF) garment storage module, provides an ideal protective environment for clothing that needs to be maintained ready for use (or even re-use) in hygiene critical areas, barriered facilities or where consideration is required for operator protection against allergens or other contaminants which may be present.
The Garment Storage Module can be used in conjunction with other equipment in our range, such as an air shower for example, to maintain and protect ‘barriered’ areas separate from adjacent work zones.
The LAF garment storage module comprises internal fluorescent lights, fan speed controllers, HEPA filter condition indication and is made of either white powder-coated steel or stainless steel.
