Last year (2006) resulted in major success for PrimaTec’s marketing and joint development policies for a wide range of sterilisation and fumigation chambers, most notably with major improvements in export sales for PrimaTec.
The use of chambers situated within barrier facilities and clean room operations as a means of controlling passage of equipment and consumables between areas of differing hygiene and biological cleanliness standards is continuing to gain in popularity and in many cases the use of such chambers has even been preferred over the use of heat sterilisation systems such as autoclaves.
These chambers have gas-tight interlocked doors and full micro-processor integration and control with Chlorine Dioxide and Hydrogen Peroxide generators, which is therefore a significant part of the justification for this trend.
