Water Bag Film
Water bag film for OptiQUENCH comes in a standard roll that will make 2800 water bags.
Each water bag is 5 ½” long.
The film roll weighs only 17 lbs.
Outside diameter of the film roll is 8 ¼”, which is interchangeable with other water delivery systems on the market.

ACS Filtration Station
Our Filtration Station provides ultra-filtration and treatment with a .015 micron membrane filter and an activated carbon post-filtration element. Automatically back flushes and cleans membrane filter.
Filters are NSF certified and made in the USA with US components.
Easy hook-up to water source and OptiQUENCH water delivery system.
Add chemicals such as chlorine or hydrochloric acid to treat the water. Able to meter in parts per million.
Plumbed with inlet and outlet parts, with pressure gauges on both sides.
The membrane is designed to provide clean water for 4-6 years, depending on usage, proper maintenance and cleaning.
Water Bag Tote
Our water bag tote makes it easy to store up to 30 OptiQUENCH water bags. Made of sturdy [plastic material], totes are designed for long-term service.
Water Bag Tote Transport Cart
Our ACS transport cart is an efficient way to move up to 12 OptiQUENCH water bag totes. This all stainless steel cart doubles as an Opti bottle basket cart and is completely autoclavable. It features smooth 4” diameter casters for quiet rolling. The cart is shipped flat.
